Ramadhan 2011 was the first appearance for Leiya's Cheese Powder (LCP) in business world.
With the intention of searching the alternative ways to the addiction of KFC cheesy wedges, we finally found the solution! Introducing Leiya's Cheese Powder!!!
LCP provides you the similar taste of cheese sauce as KFC and very easy to prepare. Now you don't have to spend more on getting the cheesy wedges. Its very simple with LCP! You can eat with potato wedges, french fries, fried chicken, snacks, hotdog/sausage, macaroni, spaghetti or steak! Sounds delicious and smell delicious! =)

LCP is one of the Bumiputra product from IKS (Industri Kecil & Sederhana) and certified Halal by JAKIM (guaranteed).

Ingredients:

Milk solids, Modified starch, Maltodextrin, Dextrose, Salt, Mineral Salts, Vegetable powder, Cheese solids, Flavour Enhancers, Vegetable fats, Glucose syrup solids, Food acids, Flavourings, Spices, Yeast extract, Anti-caking agents, Spice extracts, Colourings.

Usage instructions:

1) Add 1 part cheese powder to 2 parts of hot water (>85ᵒC) and mix well

2) Whisk constantly until the sauce thickens to  smooth consistency.

Storage:

When unopened, store in a clean, cool, dry location.
